Notice Before Purchase:

 

• The C100+ is a WiFi camera and is not a live camera. There is no screen. It needs to connect to the phone to complete more camera settings and screen acquisition. Edit and upload videos.
• The C100+ battery is Non-removable, but the charging action can be completed during the shooting process. In other words, if you carry outdoor mobile power, it can continue to work.

How to connect the C100+ action camera?

 

• Step 1: Long press the power button to turn on the camera. The power button displays a blue light.
• Step 2: Double-click the power button to turn on the camera WiFi, and the power button will show a green light flashing.
• Step 3: Enable the phone WiFi and connect to WiFi name: C100+_GCc43cb0396b9b (password 12345678)
• Step 4: Turn on the SJCAM Zone APP and click to connect to the camera.
• Step 5: Enter the camera display and settings page. Select function settings and modes.

 

• If no card is inserted or the card error, the red light flashes quickly, and the device will vibrate every two seconds. 10 mins later, the device will shut down auto.
• Please format the memory card before using it.

  Troubleshooting:

 

• Full Storage Card: When the card is full, the camera shakes one time. After the blue light flashes quickly for 10 seconds, the camera will automatically shut down.
• No Card or Card Error: If no card is inserted or card error, the red light flashes quickly, the device will vibrate every two seconds, and 10 mins later, the device will shut down auto.
• How to charge and insert the SD card? - There is a silicon pad at the bottom of the camera, and beside it, there is a notch where you can lift the silicone pad using your fingernail.
• Won't stay connected to phone APP: I suggest that you turn off the cellular data on your phone, and then connect to the camera via WiFi. This will ensure that the WiFi connection is not affected by the phone's network and will improve the stability of the WiFi connection.
